PRICES
Prices include 2.5% VAT (VAT number CHE-298.939.278 VAT / Restaurant Morgenstern da Mario GmbH).
For resellers excluded VAT, in each case plus a fixed fee of CHF 10.- for shipping & packaging costs.
Prices are possibly changeable without further notice.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Orders will be processed against prepayment for private customers, against account for registered resellers.
ORDER
The order made by the buyer will be confirmed by e-mail. Orders can be processed only in case of advance payment in time or in case of positive credit information. Orders are processed only in Switzerland. The delivery address must be registered in Switzerland.
POST SHIPPING
Deliveries are made by Post Priority. In the region of Zurich by our own delivery service or with direct pickup at Restaurant Morgenstern. Deliveries are made according to our delivery schedule. The delivery time from the date of delivery is two to three days. Before holidays, the delivery time may take a little longer. If you are unsure about the delivery time, just give us a call.
REFUND POLICY
There is no right of return for food. Therefore, we ask you to check the goods immediately upon arrival. If, despite expectations, there are any defects, any complaints must be reported to Dolce Morgenstern within three working days.
LIABILITY
Dolce Morgenstern accepts no liability in the event of undeliverability of the delivery, delayed delivery of products because of incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient or non-acceptance of the delivery, as well as in events of force majeure. Likewise, we are not responsible for failures of third parties (post office, courier, etc.). In the case of advance payment, the client has no right to a refund if the delivery cannot be delivered or if the delivery is not picked up at the post office counter. In case of delivery by invoice, the Customer is responsible for the full amount of the invoice; also in case of undelivery or non-acceptance of the delivery. The seller is at all times free from any obligation to deliver, without the right to claim damages.
PRIVACY
Your personal data such as name, delivery address, etc. are used only for the processing and completion of your order and will not be shared with third parties.

JURISDICTION
Swiss law is applied. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
